What food vendors have Raw food options? I'm eating a mostly raw vegan diet (strict no gluten/dairy/soy) and want to scope out vendors beforehand.
I'm aware of the awesome raw fruit pie booth near the entrance and know that various booths have salads but I can't know what goes into their dressings... Anyone know of any gems?

Fri, July 3, 2009 - 9:00 AMI work over at 'Blazing Salads' near Pooh Corner and not to far from Main Stage. We have many many many menu items that are made up of raw fruits and veggies or would fit in your "Mostly Raw" diet. Forbidden Fruit Salad (ask for no yogurt, fresh salad rolls (contain rice noodles and wrapped in rice paper), Big O" Salad (ask for it with no corn & black bean salsa), if you are concerned about the salad dressing we always have oil, vinegar, etc available on the counter with tons of other spices, etc....drop by and check the menu out.
